Annual renewalYour selected plan costs £14.99 for one year and renews automatically each year unless you cancel before renewal. We aim to send a renewal reminder around 30 days before payment is due. If you cancel, access normally continues until the end of the period already paid for. We'll tell you before any price change applies.A Trusted Contact request does not affect billing. If Quiet Promise manually confirms the account holder's passing, we'll stop automatic renewal as soon as possible and refund any renewal payment taken after confirmation.

Stripe provides your invoices and receipts. Quiet Promise keeps only the financial records needed for subscription administration, accounting and tax, refunds, disputes, fraud prevention and legal obligations.

Cancelling does not delete your Quiet Promise account or release your private information. Trusted Contact requests do not affect billing.
